By using PrintView you agree to these terms. They are written to be readable — if anything is confusing, email printviewct@gmail.com and we will clarify.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Don't share them, and tell us right away if you think someone else accessed your account.

Requests & quotes

Nothing on this site is a purchase. What you send us is a request; a person reads it and replies with a quote, and that quote is what binds — it holds for 30 days from the day we send it. Prices shown on product pages are indicative and are not an offer.

No payment is taken online. We agree the figure and the payment arrangement with you directly before production starts, so you can change the request up until you have approved the quote and the proof. Once production begins it is final. If something goes wrong on our end, the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee below kicks in.

Your artwork

You keep full ownership of everything you upload. By sending a request, you grant PrintView a limited licence to print, embroider, or otherwise reproduce that artwork solely to quote and fulfil that request.

You promise the artwork is yours to print — we can't run jobs that infringe on someone else's intellectual property, and we reserve the right to decline orders that appear to.

Acceptable use

Don't use PrintView to produce artwork that (a) infringes third-party IP, (b) promotes hate speech or violence, or (c) is unlawful in your jurisdiction. We will cancel — and refund anything already paid on — orders that violate this section.

Warranty & 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If your order has a production defect or doesn't match your approved mock, we will reprint it free of charge or refund the difference — your pick. Reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to account holders at least 14 days before they take effect.
