Choosing the right hat
A structured snapback or trucker cap gives a logo a firm front panel; an unstructured twill cap sits softer and looks lived-in; a visor suits outdoor events; a cuffed beanie takes the logo on the cuff. Embroidery stitches the logo straight into the hat, and a patch adds a shaped badge that stands off the front.

Fabric is each style's solid colours; heathers and specialty colours can blend differently, and every product page lists them. Blank prices are per piece, before decoration.
How we decorate hats
Embroidery stitches thread into the piece itself. It has real dimension and reads as considered rather than promotional — the usual choice for left-chest logos, caps, polos and uniforms.
A custom patch is made first, then sewn or heat-set onto the piece. It survives heavy wear and washing, and suits shaped or layered artwork.

What custom hats cost
Three things set the price of custom hats: the hat you choose, how many places it is decorated, and how many you order. The blanks on this page start at $28.50 each, and the decoration is quoted on top by a person once the artwork has been reviewed — with no setup fees and no hidden extras.
There is no minimum: order one piece or a thousand. Shipping is free from $300 — 11 of the lowest-priced hat here, and $20 under it. The product page keeps a running total as you add quantities, so you can see where the order stands before you send it.
Turnaround and delivery
Most orders ship within 0–2 business days of proof approval, and standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after it ships. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states, APO addresses and Canada. If you need the order by a date, tell us when you send it and we will say what is possible.
Custom hats: questions and answers
- What artwork do I need?
- Vector artwork is ideal, but a clear PNG, JPG or even a rough sketch is enough for the review. If a file will not hold up at the size you asked for, we tell you before anything is made.
- Will I see a proof first?
- Yes. Nothing goes into production until you have seen what we are going to make and told us to go ahead, and the artwork review is free whether or not you do.
