Overview
PrintView respects your privacy. This policy explains the information we gather when you browse, design, or send us a request, what we do with it, and the controls you have over it. We wrote it in plain English so you can actually read it.

What we collect
- Account info — name, email, phone, and password hash you provide when creating an account.
- Request info — what you asked us to make, the quantities, and the email, phone and delivery address you gave us so we can quote it and get it to you. Payment is arranged directly with you and never taken on this site, so we hold no card details at all.
- Design assets — the artwork, text, and mock approvals you upload so we can print your order.
- Usage data — pages visited, clicks, and device type, gathered through first-party analytics to improve the product.
How we use it
We use your information strictly to (a) fulfil your order, (b) keep your account secure, (c) communicate about orders or support questions you initiate, and (d) improve PrintView in aggregate. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that make the business run:
- A shipping carrier to deliver your order.
- A transactional email provider to send quotes, proofs and tracking.
- Our analytics provider (first-party, IP-anonymised).
Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and can only use your information to deliver the service we hired them for.
Your rights
You can view, edit, or delete your account data at any time from Account settings. To request a full export or deletion, email printviewct@gmail.com and we'll fulfil within 30 days.
Data security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are stored hashed and salted. Production systems are SOC 2 Type II audited. If we ever suspect a breach, we will notify affected accounts within 72 hours.
