Shipping.
Most orders leave us within 0–2 business days and arrive 2–4 business days after it ships.
- How soon it ships
- We aim to ship every order within 0–2 business days of it being placed and approved. Custom work starts once you have approved the proof, not before.
- How long it takes to arrive
- Standard delivery is 2–4 business days after it ships. In rare cases — a difficult run, a carrier delay, a holiday week — it can take up to three weeks. If yours is going to be one of those, we will tell you rather than let you wonder.
- If you need it sooner
- Express shipping and specific delivery dates can usually be arranged. Ask before you order, or immediately after, and we will tell you what is actually possible rather than quoting a best case.
- What it costs
- Blank garments bought on this site ship free from $300, and a flat $20 under that — the figure is on the cart before you pay, and nothing is added after. On a printed or embroidered order the rate is worked out from the size of the run and where it is going, and it is part of the quote we send you. Standard shipping covers the 48 contiguous states, APO addresses and Canada.
- Following it
- We use national carriers and send a tracking number by email or text as soon as your order leaves us.
