Fabric is each style's solid colours; heathers and specialty colours can blend differently, and every product page lists them. Blank prices are per piece, before decoration.
Printing or embroidery for kids' apparel?
Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing jets the ink straight into the cotton, so the design sits in the fabric rather than on top of it and carries photographic colour. It is the right choice for full-colour artwork, gradients and photographs.
Embroidery stitches thread into the piece itself. It has real dimension and reads as considered rather than promotional — the usual choice for left-chest logos, caps, polos and uniforms.

What custom kids' apparel costs
Three things set the price of custom kids' apparel: the piece you choose, how many places it is decorated, and how many you order. The blanks on this page start at $29.00 each, and the decoration is quoted on top by a person once the artwork has been reviewed — with no setup fees and no hidden extras.
There is no minimum: order one piece or a thousand. Shipping is free from $300, and $20 under it. The product page keeps a running total as you add quantities, so you can see where the order stands before you send it.
Turnaround and delivery
Most orders ship within 0–2 business days of proof approval, and standard delivery takes 2–4 business days after it ships. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states, APO addresses and Canada. If you need the order by a date, tell us when you send it and we will say what is possible.
Custom kids' apparel: questions and answers
- Can I put my design in more than one place?
- Yes. Pick every placement you want on the product page and add artwork to each one. Each placement is part of the quote.
- What artwork do I need?
- Vector artwork is ideal, but a clear PNG, JPG or even a rough sketch is enough for the review. If a file will not hold up at the size you asked for, we tell you before anything is made.
- Will I see a proof first?
- Yes. Nothing goes into production until you have seen what we are going to make and told us to go ahead, and the artwork review is free whether or not you do.
- Can I mix colours and sizes in one order?
- Yes. Each colour gets its own row of sizes on the product page, and every piece in the order counts toward the $300 that makes shipping free.
