We understand that with custom products, the final result might occasionally differ from what you envisioned. Whether it's a design issue, product defect, or printing error, we’re here to make things right — no matter who’s at fault.


Our Promise to You

If the custom product you receive is significantly different from what you created or approved through Print View, we’ll resolve it. This may include:

  • ✅ Reprinting your order at no extra cost
  • ✅ Issuing a full or partial refund
  • ✅ Providing alternative solutions to ensure your satisfaction
  • ✅ Accepting exchanges or returns within 14 days of delivery

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day window from the date you receive your order to request an exchange or return. Returned items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Approved by our support team before sending back

Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us for returns or exchanges, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive your request or returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


How to Report an Issue

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any issues, request an exchange, or start a return. The sooner we hear from you, the faster we can help.
